I went to get my ears checked today again bc my stupid flu made them hurt but they're thankfully okay. I also got a piece of tube from the nurse to do PEP breathing and it actually works lmao

I'm so fucking exhausted, both physically and mentally. I've had to fight for myself constantly. That improved, but then I was hit with a painful ear infection. I got rid of THAT, and I got a stupid flu from vaccines
