It stems back to a traumatic childhood that would take multiple books to write and I deal with a lot of chronic pain and fatigue already. I typically write all sorts of other stuff when I'm not being a downer, but I won't give all those details here. I'll try to post something happier next time. 4/4

And yet, I have grown strong enough to understand that I have to seek more help in why I do the things I do and I will seek Al-Anon so I can explore my tendencies. I have to let it all go and break my habits and my bonds as necessary. There has to be more work to be done and start healing. 3/

Because I'm more like my mother than I like to admit, I choose people who are strong in the sauce & things come out, it's at my behalf sometimes, sometimes at theirs. Or both. I never forget a single minute of it because I have such strong cPTSD that it will stick no matter who is right or wrong. 2/
