Boo. What a shitty decision to choose this photo.

Here’s a better article with a better picture:

@governorferguson.bsky.social @doh.wa.gov The best time to have joined GOARN has already passed. Now is the next best time. Let’s join without delay.

I agree with what you’re saying here, but in actions, why are you taking money from the Premera Blue Cross PAC? Your financial support is questionable. Taking money from the insurance companies that profit by charging us more is not want I want in my senator.

Regarding partnerships, California today joined the World Health Organization’s GOARN. I feel we should do the same. You made the right decision with us joining to create the West Coast Health Alliance. Joining GOARN is a great next step in keeping us safe.

I am SO proud of you, Governor Ferguson. And also so proud of our state. Our compassion, and the courage to stand for what’s right, is what defines us. Keep doing this. You’re making a difference.

How cool is this?! I had no idea. Thank you for sharing. Read the digital and will have to pickup a physical copy and a coffee as well.

Thank you your work on this, Mayor Brown! Two quick notes:
1. Willard’s marker needs to be shifted east of Wall.
2. Please consider a connection at Longfellow & Whitehouse, linking north to Madison. That would give a safe route and a much‑needed crosswalk at Wellesley for kids going between parks.

Never even noticed. But I have noticed how you take the time to post all of these events, which is really nice of you. Thank you.

That was a generous offer that I’d be a fool not to accept, so I did. Thank you.

I now have an awesome pfp
July 26, 2025 at 3:42 AM
And now I’m further educated with “PFP”. Feeling old tonight.

Thank you for the suggestion.

Thank you! I can understand why you would feel cynical. It’s all good.

P.S. - I love your art! It’s super cool.

But I also feel like Mayor Brown has done a pretty damn good job in many areas. Areas I am passionate about. Areas that make a difference for me and those I love and care about. I want my mayor to know where I feel she’s doing a great job. And also where I disagree and have serious concerns.
July 26, 2025 at 3:11 AM
I genuinely feel two things, or more, can exist at the same time. I have very serious concern about what occurred the night of the lockdown. I strongly oppose any use of rubber bullets or other extreme forms of crowd control. And I will expect strong accountability for any such use of force by SPD.

I don’t often reply on social media, but I am hopeful Bluesky remains different in having discussion.

First off, I saw your other message saying I’m a “stan”. I am now more educated today than I was yesterday, so thank you for that.

Regarding my messages that it looks like you’ve now read all of.

I appreciate your focus on our parks! Your efforts are addressing a long-standing need, and as a parent, I’m especially grateful. It’s great to see our community spaces being revitalized and made a priority. Keep it up!

While I feel your lemon Spindrift shows you have excellent taste in sparkling water, your removal of the tab is heinous and truly upsetting.

I appreciate your work on our ferries. I hope we can get the Sidney ferry back sooner than 2030.
July 15, 2025 at 2:10 AM
I feel your outrage over concern of excessive use of force. I also share this concern. The mayor has engaged the ombudsmen for an investigation, which was a good move. I will wait for that outcome.

I have been very pleased with our mayor otherwise, and have seen incredible work done. I am hopeful.
July 15, 2025 at 1:50 AM
You did a great job with this letter. In addition to education on impact, I appreciate your clarity on exactly where you stand. There was zero mincing of words, conveying confidence and strength.
July 3, 2025 at 12:56 AM
This is a step in the right direction towards transparency and repair. But I will expect strong accountability for any wrongful action, such as use of rubber bullets.
June 13, 2025 at 10:15 PM
The claim that rubber bullets weren't used against peaceful protestors is a lie, as local media and photographic evidence clearly prove otherwise. As our mayor, you are responsible for the safety of our residents. This kind of dishonesty and the use of aggressive tactics are completely unacceptable.

I disagree with fluoride being harmful, but hydroxyapatite can be equally effective.

I don’t support the marketed brands, but some concerns are valid.

Mocking this person’s appearance is just wrong. Do better.

Disappointing responses.

Artificial flavor ingredients don’t have to be disclosed, which is concerning. It’s hard to know the effects if you don’t know the contents.

Titanium dioxide can cause genotoxicity and is banned in the EU.

Opposing the author doesn’t inherently make the study flawed. But even if excluding that article, there are others that have come to similar conclusions, such as pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31839988/
Comparative efficacy of a hydroxyapatite and a fluoride toothpaste for prevention and remineralization of dental caries in children - PubMed
10% hydroxyapatite achieved comparable efficacy with 500 ppm F- in remineralizing initial caries and preventing demineralization. Thus the HAP toothpaste is confirmed to be equal to the flu...

Respectfully, what do you mean? Hydroxyapatite is quite comparable to fluoride in the prevention of caries.

Over the years, our country has seen incredible gains in wealth. The majority of that increase went to the richest, while the middle class has shrunk and suffered. Those already wealthy, became wealthier. This is NOT okay. The wealthy must pay. Literally. Decrease the disparity. Tax the rich.
