As a 50+ women recently diagnosed, what resources do you know of as I start this journey of exploring and understanding myself for the first time? I find it all overwhelming.

I hear the struggle (since the inauguration and listening to news since).

We’ve tried thundershirts, rescue remedy, and hugs. He is inconsolable! Any tips?

That’s great. Please tackle all sexualities, not just heterosexual reproductive sex. Please also cover gender, as so many people conflate the two. And please ensure all genders are covered. Pretty please?

OMG, I know nothing of this history, but reading that Substack was so hard. This person is so pathetic and sad. I would simply pity them if they were not using their own confusion/story to harm others. So ugly.

Holy shit. Amazing.

Thank you for your recommendations! As a bird lover, please know I would never intentionally stress a bird!

You are right if course. Do you have recommendations?

I was joking. But I do play some for them- I like to see which are territorial, which are mating calls or something else. They are not labeled. I do remember a very ticked off house sparrow, though.

I use Merlin to prank birds sometimes. They they are, minding their own Hurd-ness and I’ll pull out the app and make it go crazy with calls of that species. Invisible turf war, engage! Lol

I love his work! I got to hear him read in Cambridge, MA as part of the Black Rose speaker series at MIT back in the day. Such lovely prose.

I would love to join and bring my kid too, but this rally is being held on a Friday mid-day, and there is not a local one for us. I'm not sure who the organizers are, but maybe next time, we can do a weekend?

Us small town people love science too!

Kroger is not good to support. Their union does not support workers, it served management. They have been cited for violating child labor laws and even have used slave labor.

As an American, I cannot blame you. It's scary as fuck down here for so many.

Thank you for documenting this again. We need to know, and we are in danger of losing what has been documented, too.

*forehead smack* Ugh.

When we went to the library today is our small Ohio town, was so grateful to see a black history month display. Checked out two of the books for my teen son to learn in homeschool history.

Back in the day (1990ish) I co-led a queer wedding outside the Cathedral of the Holy Cross in Boston. I, in my leather clerical collar, married 25 same-sex couples and thruples.

We then had a block party. Cardinal called our celebration a “anti-Catholic, homosexual hate rally”.
