Looks easier than it actually was but my colleague (Elpida = hope in greek) made it. Flying a kite at 720 m. alt. at Samaropetra vineyard in Amyndeon, Northern Greece. Breathtaking landscape.

The "Fires of Florina", a spectacular Christmas tradition of Western Macedonia, Northern Greece. At midnight on 23 Dec, all villages will be lit up by huge fires, while locals & visitors engage in feasting, singing & dancing.

First snow yesterday in Amyndeon, while today's noon temperature has not gone over 5°C.
Amidst the wondrous of nature and the soothing tranquility of the landscape, selected rows of over-ripe grapes stand still a few days before their late harvest.
