I'm on desktop and can't find this anywhere, is it another phone-only thing, or am I missing something?

The film's 56 years old, drawn from stories written in the 50's. There's not a lot of films from that era, SF especially, that hold up to modern review. The stories were written before the space race, even.

And people are surprised when I say I would never have come out if I still lived in the UK

I actually am still in there, though I don't use it as much now. My wife introduced me to it 14 years ago lol. I did all my experimenting with gender in there :) so much so that I used my SL name as my RL name when I came out.

I could go through my whole life never hearing about him again and be happy - unless it's him going bankrupt and penniless, I'd read that!

You're 16. Feeling doomed happens at least twice a week lol. Trust the process, and give it time. I know that 2 or 3 years is a long time for you, it's a good chunk of your life so far, but it'll pass, and you'll find yourself. Just give it time.

This will all take time. It doesn't happen overnight. Skin changes DO happen, though. I had acne all the way through my life, and it cleared within a few months of starting hrt. My skin is so much softer now. Body hair is so much less, too, meaning I'm smoother too. Trust the process <3

I can't answer that, nobody can. You will change, everyone does. How far it'll go depends on your genetics. You are very young, there is a lot going for you, so I would say it's very likely. Changes for me come slowly, I had 50 years on testosterone to undo. I hope it comes much faster for you

The ones who write those are usually not the ones who are actually autistic. At best, they are parents of autistic people. It's not often anyone actually listens to us directly

You will. The more you live as yourself, the better it will be. One day you'll look in the mirror, or a store window, and just for a second, you'll see your true self. After that, it'll happen more and more often, until it's only depression days you can't find her - but they don't last.
