Yesterday the whole RSBC team came together to explore our new strategy, share ideas, learn and celebrate some of the brilliant people who move mountains on the regular. Grateful to work with such a talented bunch who bring their whole heart every day. But, as an introvert, I’m knackered now.

Our little girl has been making plans for her 4th birthday. Halloween obsessed, she wants to be a spider princess. But the kid’s so worried about her cat feeling left out and wants matching his-n-hers outfits to make sure he feels included MY HEART IS BREAKING WHAT DO I DO
