*We use "too much" instead of "bad" with our pets ~99.9% of the time. They can recognize that we have different levels of frustration/anger, so "too much" is for everyday frustrations or acting up; we reserve "bad" for behavior that's actually dangerous. "Bad" = stop that NOW. It's pretty effective

*the "fight" wasn't a fight...she wanted to snuggle with SPAAACE! but she almost never does that, so SPAAACE! got confused and walked away.
