Sweet chili garlic sauce tofu with summer vegetable stir fry and rice. I decided to be extra and make my own chili sauce with sambal, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sugar. Twas worth it. The tofu was coated in cornstarch and pan fried.

Chickpeas and ditalini pasta cooked in a tomato broth and topped with Parmesan. I’m a big fan of Violife’s feta, and their parm was good but a bit too sweet and not quite acidic enough.

I made Sweet Greens Vegan’s Creamy Harissa Beans again. I can’t overstate how much you need to make this recipe. It should be in your weekly rotation. It works with every kind of bean, it’s full of protein, it’s creamy, spicy, cozy. Just make it!
