X and y was where pokemon lost me. But i think i was also entering my edgy era so if it didnt involve shooting something i didnt play it lmao. The only gen i ever missed was 7 and i still havent played. But ive been going back to x this past year after the AZ reveal and its not that bad!

Right now im playing octopath 2. Trying to wrap this up by april but not sire if i will make it in time 🥲. Im maybe a third of the way through

That they are mostly self contained. I can pick up nocterra vol 1 and just go from there. No need to look up a reading order
