trumps the proposed "right to bodily autonomy" which is in reality a right to be free of the consequences of your sexual choices. Men can be drafted to die in foreign wars in this country. Nowhere in our constitution is the "right to bodily autonomy" enshrined. It is an argument...but a bad one.

People who are the victims of illegal criminals have their rights taken every single day. People voted to save the rights of American citizens, not take them away. When it comes to abortion, you can argue people are voting to take away that right, but its because they believe the right to life 1/2
