Correction to my last comment: Trudeau may have left because he saw it was hurting his party's chances, but it was more the will of the liberal party overall that made that happen. I don't want to sound like I give him too much credit lol

Yeah. Trudeau resigned when he realized his image was hurting his party. Singh just resigned for the same reason. Those are just recent examples but there is plenty of precedent for party leaders being either pushed out or leaving their position voluntarily after losing enough supporter confidence.

Healthcare coverage is handled by the provinces, maybe that's where you're missing info?

I wish it was just the weather, that would be a less unsettling explanation! We did have some pretty wicked snowstorms this week but the runway was clear and dry when this happened.

It's great for coming up with concepts but if you ever want it reproduced/printed, it's best to have a knowledge designer create the file for you. That will avoid future problems like being told by print shops your file has been rejected because it's too low-res, in RGB colour, isn't a vector etc.
