imo, you need to reflect on whether this is accurate and if so I think you need to stop doing it. you shouldnt make assumptions on who I am. this kind of thinking is kinda fucking us all up atm worldwide

you read what i say, you feel how you feel about it, and then your brain goes into its wardrobe of ideas and then dresses me up in all the ideas about me it thinks would make sense.. which is a normal way for the brain to work. but I think its really harmful.

I think i get whats going is a normal thing we all do where you sometimes. you arent actually reading what im saying. your mind is taking what you see, and its dressing it up in a costume based on a bunch of associative ideas.
