China submitted its official NDC to the UN today, reiterating the targets that Xi announced in September.

Trump's EPA is looking to extend deadlines to comply with rules to switch to cleaner refrigerants. The proposal applies to everything from residential air conditioning to retail food refrigeration and semiconductor manufacturing.
