After a health crash early in the year I decided to move sometimes for 2-3 days to the guest room, lock the door + wear ear plugs. Just to forestall the next crash. Still feeling like a bad, broken mum, but I need to function.

I tried to settle them into bed 20 min. ago. So fare I can still hear them + my husband. Even 1 room away that is still stressful. Were are the off-switches? Who designed kids without them? Were can I register my complaint!?
