As I understand it, a member state of the ICC has to file a complaint before that can happen. Venezuela is a member. If I’m wrong, I’d love for one of the very fine legal minds here to educate me.

Amen, brother! When I retired, I went back to the piano. Later I discovered I can sing, and I joined a choir. Studying music keeps my mind sharp, feeds my soul, and allows me to give back to my community. 🎶♥️
