over the varying blues of the man's figure, and a long shifting tail dipping into the water. His awkward hello is met with a full body look and a “greetings…but what may I ask has brought you to my quarters?"

and blue eyes like ice.

When Wriothesley turns around to exit the warm water (he really doesn't wanna to be honest! The waters back home are frigid most of the year so seeing such clear, calm, and warm water was a rarity) he's met with pale violet eyes, white silk hair slipping-

His slit pupils trained on everyone moment made not saying a word. “Uh…hi?” Was the first words the intruder spoke.. note a bow of the head, not an apology, not a blessing to whatever title the sanctuary decided for him..just a simple hello and an awkward smile…

When the intruder turns around he startles and almost falls back into the water completely having not heard Neuvillette move go sit on a rock close by, his like turquoise almost iridescent tail wrapped around fhe rock lazily.

Neuvillette doesn't step out from behind one of the marble pillars just yet. Observing the ‘intruder’ slip out of a pair of heavy boots and wade into the water was a new sight really seeing as no one but a few followers of the sanctuary were allowed within his person dwelling.

And it's there in that cove one day that a dragon…or more so a descendant he's never seen before has wondered into. He's definitely not from this region if the fur lined coat he drapes over a rock nearby is anything to go by.

Neuvillettes dwelling in the sanctuary is a beautiful cove with white sands and clear water leading up to white marble floors and pillars, sky blue sheer pieces of fabric fluttering from the high ceilings. the loving quarters open to the beautiful seabreeze.

The sanctuary sees Neuvillette like a diety, a god, someone they come to for help. His word is final. he's not alone but…who is willing to converse will a god? To risk the possibility of invoking his rath and bringing the skies down to drown them all.

Of course there are descendants of dragons still walking the earth, those that have dragons blood, powers passed down, etc. Some even have scales, horns, claws, but none are as powerful as a really dragon.
