They have the foundation poured for 2 WTC, but the financial district is already oversaturated with office space and for years after the construction of 1 WTC it was half vacant, the plan was scrapped. Without an anchor tenant lined up it’s hard to justify the new construction.

Our engineers get paid less than anyone else in Penn Station, if you want to keep them then you have to pay them. If management has money for a shiny new HQ you can fairly compensate the people who keep everything running. Stop lying.
