Working through shit and realizing between abuse, trauma, and really abusive relationships. I dont know how to be a friend. And I have a limited ability to ask for help. Due to a guilt complex for existing.

The last week has been next level of dumb. I made choices. I am living with those choices. Which is fine. However done sit there and berate me because you feel entitled to it just because we have lived together for 8 years. My silence isnt consent. Its a reflection of how nothing I say matters.
