I assure, it IS the coffee. I’m not disagreeing with you about everything right now but, I had multiple panic attacks over the summer & reducing my coffee has helped tremendously. Not eliminated them, but reduced.

If my famous bands(I don’t promote) aren’t on there, nor will I be, as I stated. I’ve been on there for yrs & no one from FB is on there. That I know. It’s peaceful. Respectful. If you don’t like it or feel that way, that’s okay. But I’ll leave when I’m ready. 😊

FB is dead. Threads is trash but I’ll never get rid of IG unless my bands stop promoting on there.
