Lots of good advise being given… there are some great trainers out there, don’t be afraid to change horses in the middle of the stream… coming from the guy who still has his Bull Bar from the 1970’s! 🏋️♂️ but it keeps the chest, shoulders, and other muscle groups in line!

I see KJ’s Deli & BBQ opening soon! Looks awesome. Going to smoke five buffalo filets, sear first, this weekend for the neighbor and her husband, he had a stroke a few years back.
