Eg.
Say somebody has seen a bunch of motivational messages that say. Going for regular walks really changed their life.

Now that sits in their head and even if they started playing walking they couldn't feel the epiphany moment after finding success. Which can stifle the desire to continue.

Communication involves intention transfer of information. And mutual understanding.

But other talk is more "connecting"
The words don't matter it serves an emotional role.
Small talk, venting, commiserating, sometimes story telling. This is wild to me I didn't realize.

You'll see this for yourself too, you can comprehend bigger things when your closer to one of those three. For a simple example your more likely to have deep conversations with somebody you love and connect well with.
But it'll applies to the others just as much you'll notice.

It's not part of who you are it's just a bad habit. So stop it little by little. Like if you don't wanna do something don't make up a story set a boundary. If you haven't done something today you're not gonna just do it tomorrow but maybe you can start it. Little steps.

It's basically, like when the knowledge makes you feel bad, drained or exhausted afterwards.
So like if you feel "dumb" after learning something. Stop it. Your brains lying relax and let yourself enjoy it. Stop comparing yourself to everyone else they hardly ever think about you srsly.

Oh and like, practicing awareness kinda helps this process. Don't be a knowledge glutton chew your food.
