Either they’d forget to check their email or I’d forget to check mine, or we both would, and i’d have to get ahold of someone about their commission via email and then run outta steam by the time they answered.
Thus i’d always ask on my form which contact info was their default

Oh email drove me fucking NUTS! It’s absolutely the slowest form of communication. Even with a designated commission email, ooh email drove me insane.
I’m 100% with you about a google form tho
