Kehitysyhteistyö ja humanitaarinen apu ovat tapoja Suomelle — yhdessä muiden maiden kanssa — olla mukana ratkomassa maailman ongelmia.

Se on oikein, mutta myös oma etumme. Epävakaa maailma, köyhyys ja konfliktit osuvat myös meihin, kuten juuri nyt Punaisenmeren konflikti.
