i've learned that stretches work best if u have the muscles in those areas already,, you know,, working regularly :( so if they're not being worked regularly there's nothing to stretch (<-- terrible at following that same advice)

omgg i have like 3 separate injuries that come back to haunt me and two of them were at different jobs so i Did go to physio for them but only as long as it was covered and not long enough to heal 😭😭 i'm always worried i'll be judged when i finally go back
