It’s so critical in a Shane Black movie for the two buddy leads to have chemistry and they didn’t have it at all. There were some fun set pieces but the humor felt forced, which isn’t typical in his films.

As a Royals fan I was pulling for Seattle but have no gripes about Detroit. What a game. The shot of the two Tiger fans after the game smiling and hugging was pretty indicative of the experience. Sorry it didn’t go your way! Looking forward to the Central race next year

The relationship between the siblings was a huge part of the success of the film. Their chemistry was fantastic.
