I play these: six string bass and two Chinese sanxian. They are all tuned to the same intervals but the bass isBEADGC, the larger. sanxian is GCF and the smaller is ADG. Being the same interval, it’s easy to transition, but it takes a few seconds to re-orient myself to a different scale length

Ok, I finally figured it out, and the "gentle", both the "General Summary" and "Summary" were fairly encouraging (Summary attached). On "brutal", the "General Summary was still surprisingly positive, but then the "Summary" went over the deep end (attached)

I just got the most intriguing device as free swag when I donated platelets

It's a very bright lamp that is recharged by solar or through USB, but it also serves as a battery for charging other devices through a USB or USB-C port

This will be incredibly useful...but how?

It just occurred to me that many people are actually afraid to heal because their entire identity is centered around the trauma they've experienced. They have no idea who they are outside of trauma and that unknown can be terrifying. -
