We’re talking legal definitions here. This is why dolus specialis exists, because otherwise anytime there is a war and a lot of civilians die militaries can be charged with genocide. Until you can show proof it’s the Israeli govt’s express intent to destroy the Palestinian people, it’s not genocide.

I don’t care about heaven I’m an atheist. Anyways, civilians die in war all the time. It is tragic and very bad. Civilians dying =/= genocide. Calling it something it isn’t to evoke a strong emotional repulsion doesn’t help anyone

If there were no soldiers using the hospital as a base of operation and no munitions/equipment stored in the hospitals then yes, I condemn them.
