The "RT_russian" or is a Telegram channel that refers to the "russia Today" channel itself(I assume, especially looking by the logo). I imagine the watermark comes from them.It is prohibited for me to open it due to it being recognized as a propaganda channel in my region.

It is a video from either of the fighting sides near Malaya Tokmachnka, Zhaporizhya region. russians are writing that RT published this, but this is clearly a video from a military drone. I personally found it on one of the Ukrainian telegram channels. Even Yermak made a comment about it already.

The russian media is very proudly releasing this video and talking about it, what propaganda are you talking about(unless I don't get something from your post)?

Agreed... I am sure the partners of my country will express a very loud "grave concern" and collectively wave(for another time) their hands on the approaching global war that they are enabling the lack of response. Though I still do hope that it is just me overdramatizing
