Also why I ended up here. 😂 I set up my account a few weeks ago when I started feeling disillusioned with TT and the bad place apps. Sadly my aging brain is making learning new apps feel a bit more daunting than they used it, but at least a bunch of us are figuring it out together! 😅

And now, what do I want to start posting here? Idk, but I guess I'll try to figure it out.

After years of not really using platforms like this or even TT to speak my mind, I don't even know what I HAVE to say anymore, let alone what I want to say. I never really noticed how much fear of negativity/hate had silenced me until I thought 'what do I want to post now on lovely, kind Worldtok?'

If nothing else this'll to be a lesson in rediscovering my online voice. I used to be a vocal poster & a blogger back in the day (👵🏻) but as the sense of community shrivelled up & the rage burned hotter I just stopped, partly out of exhaustion & partly self preservation.
