Small bowel follow through day
I downed the first bottle in under a minute. My tech says “oh….wow, most people sip on it”. I explain, it’s one of the better tasting things I have to drink for tests 😂
” it can take up to 4 hours for the test “. My transit is 1.5 hours so we should be pretty quick. 😆

Last night dad & I went to visit my cousin Amy & family ♥️
We’ve been cooking up something exciting! We’ll be launching our new podcast to share the life and cancer stories of our mothers as well as our own experiences, memories, and grief of losing our mothers less than a month apart.
Stay Tuned!

It’s my birthday! To help me celebrate, my biggest wish to share with you all is furthering FAP Awareness and Research as well as mama’s legacy and those of others lost by FAP whose loved ones carry on for them.
Together, we can make the world a better place for future generations.

Today marks one year since losing mama. It’s all a weird feeling & thoughts when thinking about it. We spent time with mama, I curled up next to her and we listened to the cows, birds, & train. The lilies we planted when we interned her are blooming beautifully. We love you mama & miss you so much.

Today is our 1st Father’s Day w/out mama. She died on Father’s Day last year, a gift she gave us to have 1 last 1 together & on the start of FAP Awareness Week

For many reasons, for many Father’s Day is a hard day. We recognize that.

May today fill you w/love & joy regardless of your situation.

I love this story and appreciate the love behind the creation of “Shimmy the Shark and His Stoma”!
Stephen honored the dying wish of his brother in law, to write a book to help children adjust and accept to having an ostomy.
He’s also donating 50% of proceeds to colostomyuk!

I gifted Mike & his mom a professional family photo session that we completed w/all of Mike’s family.
1 thing I’ve been grateful for since losing mom is the 1 we did several years ago.
Mike’s family hasn’t done it for decades. It became important to me for their family to have what I have from ours
