They want us angry and so filled with rage that we rant but forget to act. So afraid we miss trees for the forest. It's time for everyone to learn discernment and how to calm our fight or flight. DEI is now persona non grata in many areas of the US, but that doesn't mean we have to stop celebrating our differences and coming together to collaborate in our success. It maybe even offers us the challenge... to prove that we can value each other even if it isn't legally mandated.

Let's be honest, unless you're a bigot or have unconscious bias, you have created and valued a diverse team. When the government comes knocking with a similar question, is this how you'll answer? I hope so.
