Today it clicked and it went up another gear. This felt comfortable on the treadmill. Fastest I've pushed it so far. I am definitely seeing progress and quickly. It's there is just finding it 🏃♂️💪

It's been a bad 7 months after a RTA. Recovery has been slow and other problems along the way haven't helped. Only 6 weeks back running only doing 30 to 45 minutes run 3 times a week. I don't want to push things because of another relapse (about 5 so far) but I think I'm on the way up 🤞👍🏃♂️
