Big excitement tonight at our house! Been a very windy, wet, slushy snowy day…and the slush broke a line in our power pole. Created some winter fireworks! Thank goodness we invested in a generator a few years ago. This winter we’ve used it for about 60 hours!!

Denali. The tallest peak in North America makes for a stunning airplane view on the way to Fairbanks. The name is based on a Koyukon Athabaskan word for 'high' or 'tall'. Let’s keep it that way. It’s perfect.
