Spotted on a walk today 👀

Recipe card for Marge’s Famous Clam Dip ~7-1/2 oz. can minced or chopped clams in clam juice 8 oz. cream cheese (light ok) 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 Tablespoon grated onion 1 teaspoon parsley (dried ok) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8-1/4 teaspoon Tabasco (or similar) Drain clams, reserve liquid (clam juice). Cream the cream cheese, add seasonings and clams. Chill at least one hour. If necessary, thin with clam juice. Serve with chips, crackers, and/or crudités (veggies).

Adding yucca with mojo to our feast this year, and I am so excited to drench some turkey in that sauce…
An aluminum of tin of boiled yucca chunks drenched in mojo sauce, which is oil, lemon juice, and an obscene amount of garlic. You can see the large chunks of garlic all over the top of the yucca sitting in the sauce.
