Completely agree!! It will follow you until you deal with it. What does processing it look like for you? Do you journal, meditate or just think it through?

I feel like you can fully heal it’s more about learning to live day by day with it, and after a while you just kinda get used to it. Like it’s still there, but it doesn’t weight you down the same way. Also, do you ever find it difficult to ask for help even from the people you trust?
