Heeft iemand de voorstemmers van dit amendement al gevraagd waarom ze geen bezwaar hadden tegen het begrip ‘hulp aan onderduiken’?
De PVV-wetstekst strafbaarstelling illegaliteit behelst ook dat iedereen strafbaar is die een illegaal helpt ‘onder te duiken’ (boeiende woordkeuze).
Benieuwd wat achterbannen vd voorstemmers vinden:
