It seems there's some movement on this issue. Crews are out this morning removing the deteriorating red paint that was installed by Zenith Tech. Unsure if this is being done under the contract's warranty or not. We'll have to see whether the same methyl methacrylate compound will be used again 👀

5/ Some notable ones include adding bike/pedestrian priority at Main St/Verona Ave (🙌), connection to Verona Ave from existing path terminus near Badger Ridge Middle School, separated paths along Basswood to Sugar Creek Elementary (iykyk) and completion of path along the length of Verona Ave

3/ It's also worth mentioning that this proposes the re-zoning of the highly car-centric commercial land abutting E Verona Ave into mixed-use downtown and neighborhood. Consider this with the existing Festival Foods and new all-day bus service to the area.

1/ First, land use. The plan highlights the expansion/establishment of neighborhoods to the south and east of the current grids, as well as an expanded downtown subarea. In total, an est. increase in housing capacity of ~23k over 30yrs in these areas specifically.
