Had all important financial and web-related activities been on blockchain, the AWS outage would have been barely noticed if at all. It’s time to evolve tech to the 21st century.

I was sort of looking forward to an I-5 Series. Well, maybe Toronto will put up a good fight.

10 minutes of research using unbiased sources should suffice. Careful though, that wormhole runs deep. Make sure you REALLY want to learn those truths.

Most have a CRT or DAF to offset taxes. More $$ can go to charity than the IRS as a result. That’s just our tax structure. Much more money is given away regularly than most realize, and it does find its way to those that need it. It’s really not as bad as you may think.

Saw that. Also saw that the runner jumped into the throw, and the guy throwing was looking right at the runner and not 1st base. I guess the umps made the only call they could though.

Any economists in here? Please tell everyone what happens if the ME slows production with no drop in demand. Not just to our gas prices, but specifically to Japan’s economy with a view to the reverse carry trade there and the impact on the US consumer.

Try being a Rockies fan. Worst team in MLB now. We lost all stress about that stuff back in early June. Been a very stress-free summer since. Must be how White Sox fans feel every year before this one. 😆

I have to admit I spit out my coffee laughing when I saw that. Just a reflex. Come on man, that was funny taken in isolation. We all have a bit of our 12 year old self left in us.

2-1 Seattle. Top of the 3rd. Looks like he got it together finally.

Dunno man, been noticing his trucks driving around here more and more lately. After researching, they’re looking more like something worth the cost. Wouldn’t try them on a road trip, but for zipping around the mountains they might do the trick (assuming one can find a reliable charging station).

Had a dream last night that the entire global financial system as well as the internet had moved onto blockchain. Woke up this morning to see many things down. Don’t blame me, it was just a dream.

We‘ve all been paying since January 2009. Non-stop.

The guy who commissioned the mod is a lifelong builder himself. Have not learned of any previous projects collapsing. So not concerned about the project from a construction point of view.

Manners my dude! Manners.

And yet it‘s being done. Seems to indicate something we may not fully understand here. A lot of that going on lately. We look out at the horizon trying to understand the disconnect, but rarely look in the mirror.

Coinbase and Robinhood were both having issues today so I took the day off. Refreshing to skip a Monday.

Sneaky piles of metal. Never can trust one. But I suspect maybe it’s the user in almost all cases. Except of course when it’s the armed attacker‘s fault. But, maybe I’m a bit biased because of time in the military. Your mileage may vary.

His changes required digging down 70 or 80 feet into the lawn. This time it’s horizontal into a section. Construction is messy. Fundamentally changing a nation is too.

Of course! Wouldn’t expect otherwise in this climate.

Maybe we should get BOTH sides to knock off the provable election cheating first, and then do something about possible inequities. A bit like putting the house fire out first, and then addressing the leaky faucets.

I see that, but historically it rarely ends at a wake-up call. There’s always another reason to prolong the actions.

I wonder if that defense would necessarily result in the prosecution of others. Matters not to me. If one break the law be prepared for the consequences no matter the position held.
