Let’s say that there wasn’t food, for the sake of argument. At that point, it would at the very LEAST be bringing more attention to the genocide of Palestinians and getting more people internationally to work together to end it.

So that being said, what can people do to change a constitution that hasn’t been changed since the 90s and has only ever passed 12/~2000 amendments in its entire history?

Unless there is an actual plan for change, simply saying “this is the gov we deserve” is self-flagellation at best and laziness at worst, and I doubt the world cares about the sentiment.

I agree that it’s our responsibility to change things, but he is not representative of Americans. He he is representation of a broken system that benefits him and others like him.

Many people in rural areas don’t have the convenience, money, or time to go in person to vote. THAT is the system we have, and very few people who are voted into office have any interest in changing it because it benefits them more not to. 2/

How can we take responsibility for a system that was put in place before any of us were born? Everyone I know votes every election cycle to try to build a good government, but I’m also privileged enough to live in an area with ballots that are automatically mailed to us. 1/
