It absolutely will not help libraries at institutions like mine, where we budget to the penny & buy individual titles to meet student & fac needs. I hope your library is preparing language that lets patrons know exactly who to blame when you can't offer eBooks to them anymore: vendors like Elsevier, Clarivate, and so on who refuse to play a fair game.
