Have you ever read the book Range by David Epstein. He discusses the many advantages of having a broad skillset and knowledge rather than being a specialist. Tunnel vision being one of the reasons. Highly recommend!

It’s so true…. I feel like my mom made sure I bought “good” books from the flyers but when I had pocket money at the book fairs, nothing of high value was coming home
