I can imagine... I was from a nest, so the only fights I ever got into were with bullies in school and such, so I was very... adverse to fighting. But I've found it to be a very effective method of venting bottled up feelings. Not that I'd ever give that as therapy advice, but it works well for me!

Well, besides Gebura, us Sephirah never really fought any Abnormalities back in L. Corp, it wasn't considered a part of our job. Before the Library, I could count on one hand the amount of fights I had ever gotten involved in. Now that I'm used to it, though, I find it quite enjoyable, hehe!

Hehe, we *did* become an Impurity after all! I bet it's really hard for you to believe that I've won fights against Colors and Distortions throughout my time as a Patron Librarian, but it's true!
Speaking of which, if you're curious to see them in action, I'd be down for a friendly spar later!

It's like... we Librarians could imbue our Light with the knowledge and information contained within their pages, allowing us to make use of their combat techniques during the Receptions. I'm not sure how it works exactly, but it's extremely effective!

If the guests died, they'd become books, which we could extract keypages from in order to utilize their powers in future Receptions. If the librarians lost, the guests would then be allowed to take whichever books they wanted. We never lost, so we ended up with a large collection of guest books.

Before we got moved to the Outskirts, though, our main role was to perform the Receptions of guests who were after the Library's books, which basically involved fighting to the death over them.

Nowadays it's just general maintenance, yeah, sorting out and organizing the books, keeping the whole place neat and tidy, that sort of stuff. The librarians are also encouraged to learn more about the main subjects of the floor they work on, so I'd say that also counts as part of our work.

Hmm, I wouldn't call him worse. Sure, he indulges in drinking, and still has issues with skipping work, but at least he drinks socially, y'know? He doesn't wallow in solitude anymore and he's less suicidal too!

She's been great! She told me she wanted to be a Workshop Meister before joining L. Corp, so she decided to start learning smithing and tinkering as a new hobby using the stuff on Gebura's floor. I should call her, I bet she wouldn't want to miss you being here!

Mhm, Bongie managed to get her old gear back, too. I'm honestly surprised it didn't all just get sucked up in the Light when the facility got destroyed.
