Hearing aids are insanely expensive. A lot of that is highly precise electronics and programming, and if you have a rare hearing loss you're kind of SOL but here's a secret: you are not going to notice much if any difference between the top models of the major brands.

It's just marketing.

I just wish the world weren't going to hell right as I have to get new hearing aids and facing spinal stenosis surgery. I'm not even 50, struggling to get through life because of surprise preemie issues.

And pedos run the damn country.
