there is a huge stigma around it. but also, it isn't regulated, and there is also disinformation out there regarding it. if it is medicinal and not hurting yourself or others around you, then PLEASE help yourself. at least that's my stance 😅 i had to get to this point bc i felt bad about it too

i have gotten to understand what my tolerance is now and discipline myself to check in with my mental health before gardening. but i'm atp where if it's keeping me functioning and happy, then i'm not about to disregard it as an option if i'm being safe. i'm happy if you're happy 😊🍃
