Today is Veterans day. Living Veterans. Memorial Day is for this who gave all. Not being cranky, but it seems every holiday is about those who gave all. We need to remember the living. Our vets struggle day to day. We need more than a day and more than words.

How many are silently homeless? I have a disabled husband and we live in someone's basement. We cannot afford rent anywhere else. How many are crammed 2 to 3 families in a house?
