Almost done with season 3 of From and still no idea what the hell is going on.

First post here. Why can’t I deactivate X!? Changed the password several times and logs in fine. Then gives me “wrong password” each time I try to deactivate with the same password I logged in with! Tried the desktop version too and no joy.
