How do we use our anger? Is our goal to try and ignite the empathy of others, or are we just getting it out?

But I was lucky. Many of us were sexually abused, some excommunicated for coming forward ( I left before they could do that to me), but three, including my cousin, committed suicide because of the whole experience.
