The VTuber industry, even with all the shit going on, is treated as an escape.

We don't get that escape. We have a space that's completely unhealthy and rotten when it comes to just... having people speak and be honest about real problems. It sucks and it hurts.

There's years of pressure to feel ashamed as a Niji fan. Every thing is put in your face and it's treated as this binary issue of absolute corporate fealty or constant outrage and boycotting.

We as fans shouldn't need to carry these burdens. We're just consumers who want to watch anime characters.
