I stopped looking at news because of this and I’m not missing it. Life’s too short.

There’s almost nothing to say. I’ve been thinking lately how the writers of the constitution knew this would happen eventually and wrote it so that we could survive. I have to believe there are enough Republicans who publicly don’t complain, but privately will hold the line for our democracy.

The parade of celebrities needs to stop. They’re rich, they have easy access which annoys and most people don’t identify with them. Democrats have a great platform, but it’s being snuffed out by telling people how to vote rather than why they should vote for it.

The Nov 10 “This American Life” has a really illuminating conversation with a Puerto Rican 🤡 surrogate in Allentown. Dems need to spend millions less on celebrities and more on the ground game. It’s the one thing that caused me to be uncomfortable starting with the convention.
